For individuals

It is not always
the whole team.

Sometimes it is one person: the new team lead before her first divisional meeting, the specialist before an interview, someone who has done good work for years and dislikes standing at the front. That does not call for a corporate seminar. It calls for one of two paths — and both are already open to you.

One to one

One-to-one coaching

Two to three hours with a trainer and nobody else in the room. The subject comes from the participant — the presentation ahead, the difficult conversation, the nervousness that is more than stage fright. Camera, feedback, repetition.

Nine topics, from presence and voice through to media training. Price on request, because the length and the number of sessions depend on the subject — it follows the effort involved, not who is booking.

A place in an open workshop

A day at the Speak studio in Winterthur with at most five other people, all from other companies. That is precisely what makes it valuable: you practise in front of people who do not know you — no course gets closer to the real thing.

It is the same workshop that private participants book, on the same dates and at the same price.

The difference

The same offer.
Only the paperwork is yours.

The same priceA place in an open workshop and one-to-one coaching cost your employees the same as they cost everyone else.

Invoice to the companyYou book against the company invoice; nobody has to pay up front or file an expense claim.

Everything in one placeYour people’s bookings and invoices sit together in the company account instead of being scattered across private ones.

No minimum numberOne person is enough. From around four people onwards it is worth asking whether a seminar of your own would cost less.

Process

Four steps, once only.

Create a company account

Company name, address, invoicing details. If you already have an account — from an earlier registration, say — you can set the company up from there.

once only

Add employees

Whoever is to take part goes on the member list. Those invited get an account of their own and will find their materials in it later.

once only

Book a place and choose the person

When you book a date, you pick from your member list who gets the place. Several places at once work the same way.

per date

Invoice to the company

The invoice goes to the address on file. The company’s bookings and invoices appear in the company account, including those ordered by someone else.

Or the whole team after all?

From four people onwards, a seminar of your own becomes worth discussing.

Then we come to you, work on your own cases and agree the length and group size together. The needs assessment is free of charge.
