Storytelling

Objectives

Stories are the oldest form of human communication – and to this day the most powerful. Whether in presentations, meetings or everyday life: those who speak in images and stories reach people on a deeper level. Facts stay in the head, stories go to the heart.

Stories also create closeness, awaken emotions and make complex matters understandable. They build bridges between people because they make experiences relatable and content tangible. Studies show that information packaged in stories is remembered up to 22 times better. Stories touch us – and where there is emotion, impact, trust and connection are created.

In this workshop, you learn how to package your content with storytelling so that it sparks curiosity, stays in memory and truly moves people. Together we practice turning your messages into exciting narratives and finding metaphors. So that you convince not only intellectually, but also emotionally.

  • know how to convince with a clear story
  • learn which images and metaphors bring your content to life
  • recognise how emotions make your content even stronger
  • You practice using storytelling in presentations, leadership and communication

Until then: Consciously tell someone a story without shortcuts. The more details, the better. How does it feel? How does the listener react?

Feedback

What participants say.

Presentation skills and rhetoric

Authentically successful

Only when we ourselves are convinced can we convince others. It's important to know where our strengths lie.

Body language, voice, impact

Your words make up the content – but body language and voice determine the impact. Anyone who wants to appear present, convince and inspire needs both in harmony.
